Tynana LLC Cookie Policy

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

This Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Tynana LLC (“Tynana,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on www.tynana.com (the “Site”). This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information generally.

By continuing to use the Site, you consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies as described in this Policy, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Where the law of your jurisdiction requires opt-in consent for the use of non-essential cookies (for example, in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we will only set such cookies after you have provided your consent through our cookie banner or other consent management mechanism.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

A “cookie” is a small text file that a website stores on your browser or device when you visit the site. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the operators of the site. We also use other tracking technologies, such as web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs), local storage objects, and software development kits, which function similarly to cookies. References to “cookies” in this Policy include these and other similar technologies, unless we indicate otherwise.

Cookies can be classified by their lifespan and by the domain to which they belong:

  • Session cookies are temporary cookies that are deleted from your device when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or are deleted.
  • First-party cookies are set by the website that you are visiting.
  • Third-party cookies are set by a domain other than the one you are visiting, typically by a service provider engaged by the site operator.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

We use the following categories of cookies on the Site:

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential to enable you to access the Site and to use its features, such as remembering your cookie preferences and supporting basic security functions. Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the Site, they cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions you take that amount to a request for services, such as adjusting your privacy preferences. You can configure your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the Site will not then work.

2.2 Analytics Cookies

These cookies allow us to understand how visitors use the Site by collecting and reporting information on usage patterns, such as the pages most frequently visited, the time spent on the Site, and any error messages encountered. We use this information to improve the performance and content of the Site. The Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information about your use of the Site, including your IP address (which may be truncated), device and browser information, the pages you view, the time and duration of your visit, and your interactions with the Site. Google processes this information on our behalf to compile reports and provide other services relating to Site activity and Internet usage.

3. How We Use the Information Collected by Cookies

We use the information collected by cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to understand how visitors interact with the Site; to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and communications; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and to comply with our legal obligations. For more information on how we use the personal information we collect, please see our Privacy Policy.

4. Legal Basis for Using Cookies

Where required by applicable law, we rely on the following legal bases to use cookies and similar technologies:

  • for strictly necessary cookies, our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and providing the Site as you have requested;
  • for analytics and other non-essential cookies, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences as described below; and
  • where applicable, any other legal basis permitted by law.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have several options to control or limit how we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies on the Site:

  • Browser controls. Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings. You can configure your browser to refuse all or some cookies, delete cookies that have already been set, or alert you when cookies are being placed on your device. The procedure varies by browser; please refer to your browser’s help materials for instructions. If you block or delete cookies, certain features of the Site may not function properly.
  • Google Analytics opt-out. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device.
  • Mobile device controls. Mobile operating systems may provide settings that allow you to limit ad tracking or reset advertising identifiers. Please refer to your device’s help materials for instructions.

6. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. There is no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT signals, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 5.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and similar technologies we use, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on the Site and revise the “Effective Date” above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain your consent.
